A highly creative and innovative leader with 40 years’ experience in design, product and brand development, sustainable global sourcing and manufacturing.

She has successfully led & influenced creative teams within manufacturing & retail such as, Arcadia, Betty Barclay, Jacques Vert, Laura Ashley, Miss Selfridge, NEXT & M&S. As Group Head of Design for Shop Direct she played an active role in the development and creation of the on line retailer Very.co.uk.

Today, Della consults and mentors, giving back her expertise to the clothing industry, female led businesses and global artisanal projects . She is an advocate of ethical and environmental design and manufacturing, mentoring and supporting new UK brands and global manufacturers entering into the UK and International markets. She uses innovation to create positive change within businesses and encourages transparency & communication to deliver great ESG practices.
